Building Transformational Contextual Leaders
The purpose
Is to glorify God in enabling and mobilizing the whole body of Christ and serving the society by providing an environment accessible for boys, girls, men and women of God, to be envisioned, discipled, skilled and equipped contextually, to become transformational leaders in building the nation and the church.
Its vision
Is to see a vibrant life changing, reproducing, interdependent worshipping community for every 1000 people led by transformational leaders at multiple levels of generation and genders who are contextual and indigenous to every cultural community in every village and colony of every town and city of our nation.
Its strategies
- To develop 15 self sustainable regional training centers that will serve as strategic pivotal points to build transformational leaders who are contextual to community and committed to disciple the unreached.
- To envision and mobilize the church to pray for the discipling of the nations.
- To equip the emerging church planters and pastors to enable their local churches to become centers to fulfill the great commission.
- To envision pastors in geographical regions to develop a strategy to disciple the unreached so there is a church for every 1000 people.
- To gather, maintain, interpret information on the unreached peoples, church growth, and mobilize the body locally, nationally and globally for prayer and discipling the unreached.
- To identify committed, competent indigenous leaders and develop them as trainers of trainers.
- To develop transformational leaders to produce tools for the development of church planters, disciplers and pastor teachers.
- To conduct formal, non-formal and informal programs in partnership with church and missions to build transformational leaders in all genders and generations.
- To develop a movement to equip individuals to maintain, equip and transfer cultural forms of communication from one generation to the next.
