Leadership Development

Leadership Development exists to train key Christian leaders, in understanding and applying the Word of God, to impact the Church and society for transformation. HBI serves the National Church in developing committed, competent and mature pastor-leaders. HBI trains theological leaders, administrative leaders, emerging leaders, cross-cultural leaders, missionaries, evangelists, church planters, and rural pastors through formal, non-formal and informal training.
