Mission

Our purpose is to equip and empower evangelists, church planters, rural pastors and cross cultural missionaries through non-formal training programs, enabling them to disciple the unreached and plant churches where no church exists.

God gave us a paradigm to equip God’s people in a non-formal method for establishing worship communities. The national missionary that joins the Mission program of HBI is equipped and enabled to work among unreached people of the same language and cultural group.

They are strategically equipped for this task first as evangelists, then as church planters and finally as a missionary-pastors through a systematic non-formal training program which require only 20%of class experience. The rest 80% of the training program is spent on the field.

The cross cultural missionaries are equipped and enabled to work among unreached people groups of India to facilitate church planting movements among them, by developing indigenous leaders from among the people groups.
